Preparing for Rehab can be easier with the list below of the items you will need to bring with you and the items that are prohibited at Unity Recovery Center.
Items to bring:
- Deodorant
- Soap, shampoo, conditioner
- Beach towel
- Toothbrush, toothpaste
- Spiral notebook, pens
- One week’s worth of clothes
- One or two outfits for cool weather
- Swimwear
- Sunscreen
- Shaving cream, razor
- Eye glasses/contacts (if needed)
Prohibited items:
- DVD player, stereo
- Laptop computer
- Any products containing alcohol (mouthwash, hairspray, face wash, colognes/perfumes, etc.)
- No weapons, drugs, or any drug paraphernalia
- No clothing depicting sex, drugs, alcohol
- Cell phones
